FUSE - MIRO TOWERS

MIRO is a 28-story high-rise mixed-use residential project sited in San Jose. Directly across from city hall, the 1.42 acre site stretches along E. Santa Clara Street between 4th and 5th streets. The towers sit atop a parking structure with four levels of above-grade, three levels of below grade parking, and a landscaped roof with pool deck and amenities for residents use. The ground level of the parking structure is programmed with approximately 15,000 SF of retail along E. Santa Clara Street wrapping around to 4th and 5th Streets. Grand entry lobbies face E. Santa Clara Street and 4th Street, with a shared apartment entry lobby to off of E. Santa Clara Street that leads to double-height flex/retail space anchored at the southwest corner on level three.

Mission Rock will be a new mixed-use neighborhood consisting of 8 acres of new parks and open space, approx. 1,200 new rental homes, 40% affordable to low and middle income individuals and families. Sea level rise resiliency and adaptation features the historic rehabilitation of Pier 48, job preservation and creation, and public waterfront access improvements along Blue Greenway trail.

PLUMBER’S UNION HALL -FUSE EQUIPMENT

Plumbers Union mixed-use project, will transform a crucial stretch of Market Street by adding 580 new homes, including 96 supportive housing units for people experiencing homelessness, as well as a new union hall and public open space. The project is also expected to provide about 1,800 jobs, highlighting the economic benefits of housing production as the economy struggles to recover from the pandemic.

SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY CENTER -PANKOW

A new community consisting of two buildings with a canopied breezeway between the buildings.The main building will include a ground floor lobby, café, child care center; second-floor multipurpose rooms for workshops, conferences, classes and special events; and third-floor office space for community-based organizations.

The community room pavilion will be a separate structure. The campus will include a parking area, an enclosed play area for the childcare center, and two acres of open space featuring gardens, play and picnic areas, and green infrastructure.
