The 465,000-square-foot, 16-story civic building will provide office space for 1,800 city works employed by San Francisco’s Public Works, Planning, and Building Inspection departments. We currently have two operators, twelve hours a day, six days a week.

CHASE ARENA TOWER / OFFICE SPACE - CLARK CONSTRUCTION

The Chase Center multi-purpose arena in Mission Bay has a seating capacity of 18,000 people and 580,000 square feet of office/lab space. We provide hoisting services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Park Tower is a 43-story office skyscraper located in the Transbay development. Phase II of the project is operational with two operators, eight hours a day, five days a week.
