The MacArthur Transit Village is a mixed-use, multi-phased transit-oriented development located at the MacArthur BART Station. The village offers 880 new residential units, 143 at below market rent, and a new parking garage with 478 spaces for BART patrons and guests. The project will also contain nearly 40,000 square feet of new commercial/retail space.
